To address these challenges, SEVALOK Social Welfare Foundation has developed the AADHARSHEELA STEP Model (Survey, Test, Evaluate, Progress), a structured learning assessment and improvement framework that identifies children’s learning levels, diagnoses learning gaps, and provides targeted educational interventions to improve literacy, numeracy, and overall learning outcomes.

The model combines assessment, tracking, remedial education, and continuous monitoring to ensure that every child progresses according to their learning needs.

About “Aadharshila”
Aadharshila Learning Center is an educational initiative of SEVALOK Social Welfare Foundation, established to support children in strengthening their foundational learning skills. The center focuses on improving children’s abilities in reading, writing, and basic numeracy through child-friendly, play-based, and activity-based learning methods.

The center primarily serves children who are struggling to achieve grade-level learning outcomes, have irregular school attendance, come from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, or require additional academic support.
